Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition and must not be damaged, altered, or used. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and the item must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. A refund will be issued once the returned item has been delivered to and inspected by Rehmat Gems. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
